WOODLAND PRESCHOOL ENRICHMENT PROGRAM (PEP)

"Making a commitment to children to ensure a safe and nurturing environment, while developing Christian character."

Regular Class Schedule - 9:00 am to 12:00 noon, (Mon-Fri.)

Early Arrival - 8:00 am to 8:55 am, (minimal charges apply)

Extended Stay - 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm, (minimal charges apply and each child must have a bagged lunch and drink to participate)

Classes are offered for walking toddlers through age 4.

Toddlers Class - Through the use of play-filled activities and simple crafts, children will build social and cognitive skills, as well as fine and gross motor skills, in nurturing and loving atmosphere.

2's Class - New friends, new experiences, and new kinds of fun. The classroom environment helps cultivate important skills such as patience, sharing, cooperation, and independence.

3's Class - A more structured learning environment, yet play remains a very large and important part of the day. Children learn essential social skills, pre-math and pre-reading skills, as well as continuing to develop their fine and gross motor ability through various types of play, crafts, and activities.

4's CLass - Focusing on developing and reinforcing skills in areas such as imagination and creativity, social and emotional development, language and reading, pre-math and motor skills.

In a fun, biblically-based environment, our students learn social and academic skills that will help them succeed as they enter kindergarten. Along with plenty of love and encouragement, each child enrolled at Woodland PEP received and education appropriate to their age and stage of development. Through using Wonder-Filled Weekdays Curriculum, Handwriting Without Tears, weekly Chapel and music, each child grows spiritually, physically, emotionally, and intellectually.
