Welcome to Woodland United Methodist Church, a church with open doors and an open heart -- a church with a proud past that is looking forward to the future and ways in which we can serve God and His people. Please take a few moments to look at the various ways in which Woodland is committed to being a church family, a church home, and Christ’s servant in the world.

Our stated mission is to be “a nurturing family of God, inviting all to join us in knowing Jesus Christ and serving others.” As you visit the different ministry areas, I believe there will emerge the picture of a church home in which you can join the spiritual journey and be part of a dynamic Christian family.

With a strong Sunday school and ministries for children and youth, Woodland is committed to serving children, youth, and families. We also have a very strong ministry with older members of our church family, including those who are homebound. An emerging area of ministry is with young adult singles, including college students.

Woodland is committed to a biblical teaching and learning process and emphasizes the necessity of being a praying church. We are also passionate about being a church involved in missions – locally in the Rock Hill community, statewide, nationally, and overseas.
